Where do you advertise?

Online. Savermove is committed to advertising your property online for as long as you wish (up to a maximum period of 2 years) The website is promoted on many social media sites including Meta and combined with our extensive campaign with google advertising, we will endeavour to give your property the maximum exposure to the market that it deserves.

What is your online system all about?

Our online system gives you as the customer more flexibility and control over the sale of your property.  If you choose to you can receive online viewing requests, feedback and even offers direct to you from the buyer. You also get to view all of your property details and pictures.  Don't like something in the description and want to change it?  Then go ahead and change it.  Want to add an extra picture to your property details?  Then go ahead and upload it.  More control is in your hands with our online system.

Why should I use Savermove instead of a local agent?

We are a national online advertising forum. We are not, strictly speaking, an estate agent. You may be able to use our system alongside of your local agent, but you will need to check their terms and conditions.

I am on the market with another agent, can I switch to Savermove?

We are more than happy to market your property for you but please check your contract with your existing estate agent, you may be tied in to a minimum length contract or they may charge you a higher fee for using Savermove at the same time.

Do I need an EPC before marketing my property with Savermove?

Strictly speaking, you should at least have ordered an EPC before marketing your property. These are relatively easy to obtain. There are many companies online who can arrange this for you at a nominal charge. Did you know that an EPC is valid for 10 years? .... so if you have had one done previously, or you had one when you bought your house and it is still valid you could use that.

Does Savermove offer a Floorplan service?

Savermove does not offer a floorplan service as we feel that the best way to get potential buyers through your door is to show plenty of photographs which will encourage people to investigate further. If you want to show a floorplan, you can simply draw your own and take a picture of it and include it as one of your 'free' photos.

After Sale

Savermove does not offer any 'after sale' support. You will need to have your Solicitor's number to hand so that as soon as you have accepted an offer you can swap Solicitors' details with your buyer and get the ball rolling.
